Q: How Long Have You Been Trading

A: We have been trading uder the name of Omega Computing since 2000 and we are a Uk Limited Company 
Q: Why Should I Buy From You

A: Unike many PC shops out there, we dont work on the hard sell, we will NEVER try and sell you anything you dont need, or are not going to use, also we wont make you buy software that mostly big stores force you to buy, this cuts down on the price, and also make the experience for the customer more relaxing
Q: What Are Your Delivery Times Like

 


A: For complete system builds we always try and dispatch as soon as payment has cleared, if paypent is by cheque then please allow 5-7 day for the cheque to clear, if paypent is via credit card then dispatch will be the next day/same day.

 

 

We always ship complete system via a 48 hour delivery period, for single parts these are dispatched via 1st class recorded delivery, If special delivery is required then please state this when placing your order

Q: What if my System/Part is faulty

 


A: If your system is faulty then we will try our best to find out what part is faulty as soon as we can, this might require help from the customers to figure out what part is faulty.

 

 

If a single part is faulty then please return it to us via recorded delivery, when recieved we will test the part on our test system to find out if the part is faulty, if so we will replace the part and also issue you with a full refund*

 

* parts must be returned in MINT condition and with sale reciept
